Cool Dude 2

I love my shades. I do look a little chubby here, but I promise I don't usually look like that. And I think dad gave me a comb-over!

Rolled Over!

I decided to roll over today. I did it on the day that dad was taking care of me so I think mom is jealous. It's pretty cool to roll over except I forget that I hate being on my tummy so then I cry until someone rolls me back over to my back! It's a fun game ;)

This was the morning that I slept through the night, Mom fed me before work and then I was so sleepy that I went back to bed until 8. I do have my leg up so that I can get up fast when it's time. Dad thought it was funny. I'm supposed to sleep on my back I think, but mom let me get away with it just this one time.

Read to me!

Mom's reading me a book about baby farm animals. I really like story time except when I'm hungry, then she cuts the stories short so I stop crying! On Thursday night I was nice enough to sleep allll the way through the night. Mom had to get me up at 5:30 to feed me before she went to work. She was so happy! Then I spent the day with Dad since he didn't work. He took me to Badger to visit mom and the girls she works with. Oh yea. They love me.

My mommy went back to work this week. On Sunday night she cried after she fed me, then on Monday morning she was ok when she fed me but when I smiled and coo'd at her she cried again! She said that I am so cute and happy in the mornings that it makes it so hard to leave me, I didn't know what she meant at the time. Then she put me in my carseat and took me to Penny. I go see her everyday now I guess. Mom cried there too. I have to have bottles with Penny. They taste the same but I like mom better. Mom came back that afternoon to get me and I was so happy to see her! I think she's doing better now, she doesn't cry anymore when she drops me off. I try to be a good boy so she's not sad. I know she likes her job but I think she likes being with me better. She squeezes me pretty tight when she picks me up and she doesn't put me down very much at night. It's nice that this weekend is Labor Day so I get one more day at home with mom.

Bri's wedding

Here we are at Bri and Dave's wedding. I was such a good boy at the CATHOLIC wedding, the only noise I made the whole time was a sneeze! I was a sleepy boy that night and slept until 7am. I got to do the dollar dance with Bri too, I think she wishes she got to marry me instead :) I also made it though a whole day in the same outfit, doesn't happen too often :)

Keeber

Here's my silly kitty in the drawer. I like it better when she's in a drawer instead of in my crib! Maybe when I'm big enough I can put her in a drawer and close it...that would show her!

Storytime

After my bath every night I get a story from either mom or dad. This night dad was reading me nursery rhymes. I was loving the story and sucking on my hand! Mom and dad say I'm doing great with my bedtime routine and sleeping more at night. I only get up one time for a small snack. Mom is very happy with me for that since she has to go back to work on Monday. I don't know what work means but I think it involves me eating from bottles during the day. Not sure I'm going to like that but I'll be tough because mom seems pretty sad about it. I think she's going to miss me while she's a that work place.

Rattles

Check it out! I can hold onto my rattles! I still don't understand that when I move my arm the rattle makes noise. And I only hold them for a minute at the most. But mom seemed to be impressed!

Bouncer

Daddy put me in my bouncer. I look like such a big boy...the problem is that my feet don't even touch the floor and my head is still a little wobbly. I only stayed in here for about a minute without crying. Long enough for mom to grab the camera though! She's gone through a loooooot of batteries!

Lindsay

Here I am at Amanda's baby shower with mom's cousin, Lindsay. I got to visit with Karen, Lori and Carli that day. Carli got me an awesome guitar onesie! She spoils me...

Cousin Braylon!

Here's my new little cousin Braylon! He was silly and came out 7 weeks early, I guess he really wants to meet me! We're going to be best buds. I'm jealous of his shades though, my cool dude sunglasses were fun but my mom didn't actually let me get a tan!

Mom and Dad....I hope Dad's watching the road!!! Yikes!! This is after the softball tourney in Mankato. My Dad is a pretty awesome short-stop and hitter! Mom says he looks good in his ball uniform.

I was happy to see all of the family members that came too, it was an exhausting weekend but I got to see Rick, Joan, Ben, Zack, Amanda, Lindsay, Kathy, Great-Grandpa Lowell, Karen, David, Chase, Broc, hmmm am I forgetting anyone?

Ducky

I'm not quite sure what Mom was doing here, but I do like my ducky! I love my nightly baths, mom says it's part of my "routine" to get me to sleep better...if she thinks that'll work she's crazy!

Grandpa Rick!

Here I am with Grandpa Rick. My Uncle Zack just got a sweet car from him for his 16th birthday, I hope Grandpa remembers my birthday is May 24th!

Evil Gato

Here's my evil cat, Keeber, she jumps in my crib like a million times a day. Good thing mommy keeps my door closed when I'm napping. Sometimes I think mommy is going to put Keeber outside and just leave her out there...daddy would not be happy about that.
